Bardown Hockey teamed up with the Hockey Diversity Alliance to run a national fundraising campaign to make a change within hockey culture. We sold T-shirts and hoodies with 100% of the net profits going towards The Hockey Diversity Alliance + Akim Aliu's Time To Dream Foundation. The goal is to influence change within the hockey culture both now and for the future. We have raised over $18,000 and look forward to lanching more products in the coming months.

The game of hockey has touched us all in some way and has given so many wonderful things but it's not perfect...yet. Hockey is for  EVERYONE and we believe that this campaign has the potential to impact the future generations of the game there for, in time making a permanent change. No boy, girl, man or woman should have to feel uncomfortable ever again whether it be in the locker room, on the ice or in the stands. Join us and be a part of this revolutionary change. In the eyes of the world and anti oppression/anti racism, this may seem like a small victory but the only way the world will change is with small victories.

We can’t thank you everyone enough for their help and support with first 2 drops of this campaign! This is a serious issue in not only our sport but the world and if we can make an impact on our hockey niche it can spark an even bigger change in the world. We encourage you to continue to educate not only yourself but others and to never let this conversation end!
